Sweet Mustard
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
Beat ingredients together. Cook in a double cooker until thick, stirring occasionally.
You can turn this into an Ikea style dill mustard by stirring in some chopped dill.
