Polenta Fries

  • Milk
  • Polenta – cook for 20 minutes
  • Salt, pepper
  • Parmesan
  • Dry basil

Spread out on tray, refrigerate, cut with a crinkle cutter.

Fry.

Or:

  • 2 cup milk
  • ¾ cup corn meal
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt
