Quick Fix Beer Bread

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces lager beer
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Spray 8″ loaf tin.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well, pour in the beer and olive oil. Mix until just blended.

Pour batter in loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
