Lars’s Spicy Butter
This is a delicious spicy butter from my good friend Lars – goes great with potatoes.

I create the recipe in danish and let Google translate it – you might have to make the result at little bit more professional,
Here is first the recipe for the spicy butter. You are allowed to add something not mentioned, if you feel it could make it better – but this is what i use:
500 grams of margarine
500 grams of butter
Stir together and add 2 egg yolks and stir
Then add – stir around between each
1 whole onion is chopped and added
2 anchovy fillets (the ones in oil, not brine)
Add 2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Tarragon
Wostershiresauce
Tabasco
Some splashes of port wine
Lemon juice
(taste and add a little more of what you think may be missing).
The mixed mass comes out on a piece of baking paper and it is shaped and the baking paper is closed together.
Place it in the fridge – NOT in the freezer !!!!!
