Chapatis

Indian Chapati or Roti (flat bread) with melted ghee.

Make a dough and kneed with:
  • Chapati flour
  • Water
  • Oil

Divide into balls of 70g, and roll out one at a time.

Heat dry flat pan to 300C. Cook and turn (press down and let it puff up in steam).

Brush both sides with melted ghee.

Freezes well if rolled up individually and wrapped in cling film.
